This property was amazing, the lagoon and all its creatures are fun to watch from the screened-in patio. The house was spotless and really comfortable. It was easy to get around and the owner John was amazing to work with, we will be back and for sure will stay at this property.
We’ve been coming to Hilton Head for Christmas 32 years now. Had a timeshare for 30 of those years. This house was actually our original timeshare before it was sold private about 15 years ago. Owner has upgraded the interior and exterior and it is well kept. Unfortunately weather was unusually cold this year and we had a family medical issue prior to arriving. Will rent again.
We loved staying in shipyard. Great location, short bike ride to beach access & close to many restaurants/shops. Loved the shipyard community! Tons of bike/walking paths & swimming pool a few houses down. House had a wonderful screened in back porch, great space with 2 bedrooms separate from master John was so easy to communicate with and made our stay so enjoyable & easy!’
